Capt. Salisu Mustapha, a STF Media Officer, paraded two suspects
who rear cattles in Jos, they were arrested around Du, Shenabe and
Bisichi villages in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State.
These periodic attacks in Plateau State, has this time moved close to the residence of the Governor, Jonah Jang as gunmen stormed a ranch at Du, the Governor's home village.
The items on the list made by Mustapha found with the suspects includes; one FN rifle, one AK-47 rifle, one sub-machine gun, one locally made long revolver and a locally made shot revolver.
This was after the Special Task Force (STF) had arrested nine persons for allegedly being in possession of sophisticated fire arms.
The duo who were said to have gone to the village in a Hilux van, struck at about 2.am shooting at random and in the process killing the two victims identified as Gyang and Davou.
These gunmen were said to have attempted to shoot their way into the well-fortified ranch but retreated when they found it impassable.
They were nowhere to be found by the time the members of the community mobilized themselves to drive them back.
